Importing email address to Outlook from Outlook Express

I am running windows xp, and installed office 2003
yesterday. I am unable to import my email address book
from outlook express to the new 2003 outlook address
book. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

What happens when you try? DId you try both importing in Outlook and exporting from OE?
