Importing email addresses from CSV or TXT?

I have a friend who is (finally) leaving AOL and I am
helping him set up Outlook as his new email client. Since
AOL doesn't seem to have any address book export feature,
I've only been able to get his contacts into a CSV file.

Is there any way to import a CSV list of addresses into
the Outlook address book?

File > Import and Export... lists CSV as a file type it can import.
