Importing email addresses from yahoo to outlook

I want to know if I can somehow import email contacts and email addresses
from yahoo to outlook so I can then try to sunch that info into my
blackberry.

You must export from Yahoo in a CSV form. If you look on the Import/Export
menu in Yahoo, there'll be a "Microsoft Outlook" button that will export the
contact list. You can then import that into Outlook.

Yahoo web mail? You would need to export Contacts in a format Outlook can
import, eg CSV
