You don't import it. Instead, open the Mail applet in Control Panel,
create your mail profile, if you haven't done so already, then use the
Data Files button or tab to add that PST to the mail profile. Make it
your delivery location. When you start Outlook, all your mail,
calendar, contacts, etc. will be there.
