importing errors in business contact manager

I'm getting an error message when trying to import an excel file into business contact manager. An "unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application, click continue and application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Unable to Load Source File." I click continue and nothing happens. Please Help!
