Importing Erwin 7.1 files to Visio Pro 2003?

Is this possible? The database > import dialog claims that it cannot
recognize the file Erwin produces, apparently it wants an ERX file.

My database guys tell me that ERX hasn't been used by Erwin for many
versions now.
