Importing Excel files

When I set up relationships between imported Excel files, even though they
are one-to-many, I do not see the icons on the relationship line that I
create. Is this a problem? I thought that I would see a 1 on the line
coming from the parent table and an infinity on the line going to the
sub-table. Why not? Also when I go to edit the relationship the box says
"Indeterminate" rather than One-to-Many. The Help file says I can set the
relationship options, but I don't find any that effect this. I have changed
the join type, etc., but "indeterminate" still remains and there are no icons
on the relationship line.

In order to have a 1:M relationship you must have a "no duplicates"
index on the "one" field. Usually you just need to set this field as the
primary key of its table.
