Importing Excel Spreadsheets into Access 2000

I have done this, without problem, for years; however, I am currently faced
with a problem. One of the fields that is being imported contains several
numbers, separated by comma. Because of the length and/or content, this
field will NOT import. I created a new database using OLE as the "type" in
this field, but all that imports is this: "Binary Long Object". Does anyone
have experience with this? Help!

Londa,
this field will need to export into either a text field or a memo field.
If there are more than 225 characters, export into a memo field.
