Importing/Exporting Calendar appointments/meetings

How do I import and export ALL appointments in a calendar to another user's
calendar? I've tried using the Import/Export feature under the File
drop-down menu but to no avail. Is this the correct method or am I doing
something wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated!

view, current view, by categorie.
select all (ctrl-a)
copy (ctrl-c)
select other users calendar and paste (ctrl-v)

or create a pst file (data file) and drag your calendar with ctrl key
pressed to it to copy it.
close the pst file
open it on the other pc
and copy all items from the pst to the other users calendar
