Importing/Exporting to/from Custom Forms

Hi,
Windows XP sp2, office '03 and '07

Not sure if this is an OL or an Access external data ?

I am clear that you cannot export directly from OL the info from a custom
form.

I have a custom form and I want to be able to link it with access.

I know you can link an outlook contact folder to access, but it does not
link the data from the custom form (not that I can see).

Can you create a table in acccess with all the same fields and then link it
to outlook? A reverse linking if you will.

I am kinda OK with making access my initial point of entry.

Also what is the thinking behind the info in custom forms not being
exportable?

Will forms regions solve that?
