Importing external data

When I attempt to import external data I get the following message, "Unable
to open
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investo....asp?SYMBOL=BA+IBM+INTL+MSFT+SBC+ORCL+PFE+WMT.
Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server". I also cannot access
online help with excel. Any suggestions on how to fix and what the problem
is?
