Importing fields with data to existing table.

Please help ...

I am needing to move several field from one table to another. Kind of new
at this stuff .... what is the easiest way to move fields and data from one
table to another ...

You must have a matching key to do this. Assuming that you have a matching
key in both tables, add the field in the target tables design view. Then run
an update query with the 2 tables joined. If you type "update" into Access
help, the first item is how to build an update query.
