Importing Files From Another Program

I am new to Front Page and have created several websites in another program -
how can I import these files to frontpage and use frontpage from there.

First, create a new FrontPage web for each web site you've developed. Then
open a particular web and use the File \ Import feature and you can begin
importing files and/or entire directories into your FP web. The big thing to
keep in mind is you need to open your web first, then work with the files.
If you don't do it this way you can throw things off such as relative links
since opening just the file without the web leaves FP in a quandry of how to
connect to other files.
