Importing forms

I created a form in the VB editor in Outlook 2000 under
Win XP, and exported it.

The form contains a multipage control.

I imported it to Outlook 2000 under Win NT, but the
imported form contains a NEW multipage control without
the pages defined and without any of the controls that
were on the original pages.

The same form can be imported correctly under Win 2000
and other Win NT machines.

I've checked the references and these appear to be
correct.

Any ideas as to why this is happenning?
