Importing from Ecxel, using WBS predecessor/WBS successor

I'm trying to import project data from Excel where the predecessors and
successors are in a WBS format. I've custom mapped to the WBS, Name,
Duration, WBS Predecessor and WBS Sucessor fields. The tasks, duration and
WBS import correctly but not the WBS predecessor or WBS Successor data and I
lose all linkages.

Any ideas?

Try doing it in two steps. First the tasks then the relationships.
Not sure if it will work, but it may.

The WBS Pred and WBS Succ fields are display-only in Project which probably
means that they can't be set by importing either...

Thanks for the feedback!

I tried the two-step import without success. I also noticed the fields were
display-only, but hoped someone else had found a way around this before. I'm
sure an Excel macro could be written, but I'm not interested in taking it
on...so I'll keep looking.
