Importing from Excel 2003 to Access 2003

I'm trying to import from a excel spreadsheet that has 5 different worksheet
in it. I'm chosing one of the worksheets to import and get the error message:
"An error occurred trying to import file (name of file). The file was not
imported." This is the only info it gives.

I have imported the other 4 sheets with no problems. I took a look @ the
spreadsheet and it had quite a few formulas so I changed all of the formulas
to text and tried to import and received the same error message.

I have tried to link the worksheet into Access 2003 and it will link but
alot of my info is missing ex: "Field PO# bill against". No info from this
field is shown so even linking is not helping.

What else can I do to get this worksheet imported?
