Importing from Excel

Hi,

I'd like to import birthdate fields from Excel to populate
the shared calendar on my company's network. The problem
is the imports are coming as attachments with no subject
line. Instead I'd like the subject to read "John Doe
Bday" on their birthday (recurring every year). Is this
possible? We don't have exchange. We're using Outlook
2002 (SP-2).
