Importing from Excel

I'm using Proj2000. I built an Import/Export map and successfully
imported a workbook. When I try to use the map to open another
workbook with exactly the same structure, I get an OUT OF CONTEXT
message for every field in all 3 tables. Can someone explain what's
going on and how can I solve this?
