importing from lotus organiser

Hi
i've just got a PDA running Pocket 2002. i need to import my address book
from lotus organiser into outlook 2000 so i can syncronise. whe i try to do
this i end up with one BIG single contact! any ideas? even if i could
somehow use luts organiser on my PDA?
