Importing from Mac Works to Access

We are converting (hopefully) a very large church
database from Mac Works 3.0 to MS Access 9Windows). Does
anyone know how we might be able to accomplish?

Conversion as such isn't possible. You'll need to export the data from
Mac Works to a format that Access can read (such as CSV text files), and
then import it into Access and reconstruct the functionality of the
original (or - given Access's vastly greater capabilities - improve on
it!).
