The contact data should come across without too many problems, assuming you
have less than 40 custom fields in Maximizer. You can export to CSV or
comma delimited, clean it up in Excel or Access, and then import into BCM.
You can map the fields during the import.
The notes are a different story. BCM doesn't have a converter for Maximizer
and no one that we know has written one.
It would be a huge PITA to do but you could probably run a Notes History
report, save it to a text file, then copy/paste the notes for each contact
into the Comments field in BCM. One advantage of this is that the Comments
field is searchable.
