Importing from Mozilla

Hello,

I currently have several "contact" lists, One in my PDA which I sync
with Outlook, one in my mobile phone, and one in Mozilla (address book).
I'm eventually going to upgrade my pda and phone to a combined unit so
we can ignore that for now. What I really need is to find a way to get
my Mozilla address book and my outlook contacts synchronized. I'm using
Mozilla 1.7.3. Thanks for any advice.
