importing from office small biz

is there any way to import tasks, open projects/closed projects..etc from MS
Office 2007 Small Business edition-particularly from the the Business
Contact Manager in Outlook? I am new to project and have the 2000 stand
alone ver. on my lap (understand this will not be likely for this ver.) but
also have access to Project 2007 and Project Server (same ver.) at office
