It is possible to import all of my contacts. email boxes, etc. from
Outlook Express 5.02 to Entourage 10.1.1? I have tried to go through
the Import command in Entourage but it cannot locate the data files
from Outlook express. I quit Outlook Express and start Entourage and
through the Import command get the Outlook as a source to import from
Outloook Express. yet it is only sounds scrpts, no data as I can tell.

If some one knows please contact me.

Thanks!

Assuming you are in Jaguar, Panther or Tiger (Mac OS 10.2, 10.3 or 10.4) and
not back in OS 10.1 (I don't think anyone is nowadays), your Outlook Express
data is here:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Identities/Main Identity/

where ~/ is your OS user folder (and ~/Documents is also the same Documents
folder in the left column Sidebar in Tiger). Since you refer to accessing
Outlook Express while in OS X, i.e. Classic, that is the location you've
been using. (If you had been booting the same - older - computer directly
in OS 9, the OE identity and data from that period would be in another
location. Ask again if you need to locate that data as well. If your
computer was bought within the last couple of years and came with OS X only,
you will not be able to boot directly in OS 9, so just skip this.)

If by any chance you had renamed your main identity, the folder would have
that name.

When you go to File/Import/From a program/Outlook Express in Entourage and
it asks you to navigate to your OE data, that's where you go.

By the way, you should go to the MacTopia website
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/ Downloads, and immediately download and apply
the Office 10.1.6 Update. It is not simply a "Security" update like it says,
it has many, many bug fixes and new features over 10.1.1.
