Importing from Outlook Express

I had a system crash on my old hard drive, so I installed a new master drive (kept my old one as slave). Now I still can see all my old files, but I cannot obviously run any of the old programs, so I want to get my old Outlook Express mailbox items out and into the new install. Any ideas where I can find the file/folders that have my mailbox in them? Is there anyway to get this information without opening up the old instance of Express?
