Importing from Outlook XP to 2000

I can't seem to be able to import from Outlook XP to Outlook 2000. I'm
trying to keep my appointment data the same between my work PC and home.
Any ideas?

A little information would be helpful. Why can't you?
Why are you importing anyway? You don't need to convert to another file
format.
Just open the Outlook data file from Outlook 2002 in Outlook 2000.
Or configure Outlook 2000 to use the data file you copy from Outlook 2002.
