Importing From Word 2004

I have a Word 2003 document which contains a list of Clients names and
addresses and associated text in sentences.
I want to import this data into a new Access 2003 database.
I copy and pasted the text into notepad and imported it as a comma delimited
"txt" file.

My Question is:-
The table created has some details attached to the data that I do not want
in the table...is find and replace the only method I can use to clean up the
data to represent the fields I want.
For Example Mr Joe Andrew Bloggs who used to live at, now lives at etc...
The issue is whoever entered the text was inconsistant with the text content
of the sentences...if you know what I mean.

Any suggestion regarding the best way to approch this problem would be great.
Thanks in advance

Inconsistant data requires manual cleanup. That's the trouble with
data entered in an uncontrolled environment such as Word - it IS
uncontrolled, and there's no way to predict what will be there.

You can use queries to batch-update cases where there is some
consistency, or to find all addresses containing the words "used to",
or the like - but it'll still be a lot of manual work.
