Importing from Word - Scanned in Business Card

There must be SOME easy way to get contact information from a business card entered into Outlook Contacts or Address Book (other than re-typing everything!) I have both Office XP Professional on one computer, and Office 2003 Professional (with Business Contact Manager) on another. I can scan a business card in with Paperport, and convert it into a Word document. Does anyone know of a simple way to get that into Outlook?
