Importing groups of multiple records(Bulk)

Working in a distrubuted enviornment, where users submit groups of
records via email in an HTML table.
I then use the import wizard to load each group of records
individually. Is there a way to bulk load multiple groups of records
instead of using the import wizard repeatedly.
For example one user submits 5 records another user submits 4 records.
All records are entered in one table but the records are grouped
seperately with a UIN.
Any thoughts?
