Importing Holiday Calender into entourage

I'm trying to import USA holidays into entourage and when I do it they
only go into 2008 and 2009. No dates in 2010. I'm using 2004 program.

Office 2004 has not been updated to include a new holiday file. Sorry!

Having imported USA, UK, New Zealand & Australian Holidays into 2008 (OK I
know, it was overkill!) How do I delete those I don't need now?

Edited categories and removed some, but the events remain and are confusing
because unless obvious, I don't know which country the event relates to!
