importing hotmail addresses into Outlook 2003

I cannot see all my hotmail addresses in Outlook 2003. It only gives me a
partial list. There used to be a full list. When I asked for help, it
mentioned something about a MSN connectivity but I didn't understand it. Do
I have to buy something to be able to get retrieve my hotmail addresses in
Outlook?
