importing identity from old HD

Hi all,
I just installed a new HD in my G4 mini and have been using Office
2004.
I have re-installed Office on the new HD and would like to get all my
old email from the old HD which I now have in an enclosure.
Is this possible and where do i find the folder with all the info on
the old HD.

It's in your Documents folder under Microsoft User Data > Office 2004
Identities.
