Importing Image from Server Location

Kris

Hi,

I've been having a terrible time of figuring this out. I have some document
files that are going to be stored on a server and loaded from that server, so
nothing will be local. I have figured out how to link an image into the file
from a file on a local system, but I need to be able to link from the server
itself...

i.e. Instead of C:/.... I need to specify the file from
http://localhost:8080....

Is there anyway of doing this? Basically I'm trying to get a letter head to
auto generate for 70+ different letters I have on the server, which they tend
to change from time to time and instead of updating each individual header,
trying to get it to take as minimal effort as possible. So if what I ask
isn't possible, anyone have any other suggestions on how to do this?

Thanks!
Kris

You'd need to have a server available with a "traditional" type of file path
(drive letter or UNC mapping, rather than http).
