Importing into Word

Ok, this is what I would like to do but don't know how to go about it.

I have a fax coversheet that I would like to use. What do I need to do to
get a copy of this coversheet into Word so, that I can use it? I will need
to be able to pull it up, type in the header information, print it and then
fax it.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Either copy it manually, i.e. type it into Word, or scan it and OCR it as a
Word Document.

Thanks Rob. Now, what is OCR?

Optical Character Recognition. A program such as this, which usually comes
with a scanner, looks at what you've scanned and turns it into an editable
text document, rather than a graphic image which can only be modified by a
photo editor or somesuch.

It's useful for copying a piece of text that you may want to edit - which
sounds as though you may want to do. Also, text documents are very much
smaller in Kb than graphic images, which can occupy a lot of disc space.
