Importing Large Text File

The Text Import Wizard indicates that if the file being
imported is too large, that it is possible to continue the
import onto a second worksheet for the balance of the
data. Let me know the steps to import the remaining data
onto the 2nd worksheet.

I'm looking to import a worksheet, several pages long, from excel into word. Word puts it all on one page which I can't edit. Got any ideas? I saw that macro, is it good to use for this?
