Importing Lotus Notes address book into Outlook Contacts

Hi,

I need to know how to import the address book I have on
my Lotus Notes into Outlook Contact list. I need to find
a format that is accptable to both products so that I can
use that for the transfer. Unfortunately what Lots Notes
Exports is not recognisable to Outlook Import. Any
ideas ??
