Importing Lotus Notes mail archive into Outlook2000

I am swiching from Lotus Notes (R5.0.8) to Outlook 2000
sr1 and I dont want to loose my old emails.

I have tried to use the Import and Export feature in
Outlook but there is no direct import for LN. I archived
my mail in LN and it comes as an .nsf file. If I use the
Import cc:Mail Archive feature in Outlook it wants .cca
or .imp files.

What do I do?
