Importing mail addresses/folders to Entourage contacts

There is an AppleScript to be downloaded on mactopia:
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx

It works fine. I had to modify things a bit to be perfect, but that may come
from the French versions of Mac OS X and Entourage I'm using. If you only
get an empty new folder in Entourage, just let us know. I can explain how I
did (or maybe there's an already known workaround).

Microsoft Office X CD/Value Pack/Utilities/Import from Mail.

Would have a copy of it please?

Hi Bruce,

If you have the Office X CD, then you have the Value Pack. It's on the same
CD. If you don't have the Office X CD . . . well, you have a problem.

If you have the CD, you have the Value Pack. It's in the Value Pack, so
install the Value pack. It's called "Import from Mail". (If you don't have
the CD, you're in trouble. Every bona fide purchaser of Office v. X has a
CD. If you've lost yours but have proof of purchase, phone up Microsoft
support. With proof of purchase I think you can get a replacement CD for
$10.)

The problem is that if the version on the CD is for pre-Jaguar mail and will
not work in Jaguar (Apple changed the location of Mail mailboxes in Jaguar).
So after you install the "Value Pack/Import from Mail, you have to reapply
the Office 10.1.2 Updater, which will replace (update) Import from Mail to
the correct Jaguar version. Then you should probably re-apply Office 10.1.4
Updater again, to make sure everything else remains as it ought to. You do
_not_ need to use the Office Remover.
