Importing mail from old computer

Anyone know how to import old messages
(sent,inbox,deleted,etc..) from a disk?

The motherboard on my laptop recently went bad. The
computer service guy copied all of my email (inbox.dbx,
outbox.dbx, sentitems.dbx,etc.. to a cd, but I have no
idea how to copy them to my new PC.

Any suggestiions?? I thought it would be a simple
copy&paste into the Outlook folder, but Im not sure.
