I would like to import all my files and messages from
Netscape 7.0 to Outlook Express 6. Every time I try to
use the Import Messages Netscape possibility it does not
see the Netscape files on my computer so I use the Browse
button and go to the directory where the Netscape info is
stored. This is C:\Documents\Merle\Application
Data\Mozilla\Profiles\my profile
name\v9s3axxv.slt\Mail\account name. I then comntinue
with the import wizard and aways get the message "No
messages can be found in this folder or another
application is running that has the required files open.
Please select another folder or try closing applications
that may have these files open." No other application is
open. I gret the same message whether I try at a folder
higher in the hierarchy such as the mail folder or lower
in the hierarchy such as on of the Netscabe .sbd files.
How can I import these message files? Thank you for any
advice or assistance.
