Importing messages from Outlook to Outlook Express

My laptop with office outlook is being repaired. Before it went down I
managed to backup the personal folders into a PST file and transfer it onto
an old laptop running outlook express and Windows 98. I can't load Office
2003 onto the laptop as it is not supported by Windows 98 so can't load
Outlook. Is there any way I can get Outlook Express to import the data in
the PST file as I really need to recover my messages and work with them until
my computer is repaired?
