Importing MSN local mail folders to Outlook 2003

I just decided to switch from using the MSN client to Outlook 2003. Is there
a way to import all of my local MSN mail directories to Outlook?

If you can move then back to the MSN server you should then be able to
configure Outlook to access your MSN account and see the folders.
