Importing Name Ranges from Excel into Access - How To?

I have named ranges in excel which are named to correspond with tables in
Access. I have been trying to use the file/get external data/import feature
but when I select the named ranges option, my ranges don't appear in the box.
What am I doing wrong and/or is there another way to import this data?
