Importing .NET SDK lib in Excel

I currently am referencing a number of lib like SOAP Toolkit and MSXM
in my Excel 2000 Application and was wondering how I can import th
.NET Framework Sdk lib so that I can do .Net Programming in my Exce
2000.

Is this even possible? Thanks for the time
