Importing New Data to existing DB

I am trying to import new data to an existing DB. The existing DB is made up
of five tables each with its own ID. For example, there is a table for
customers, products, salesperson, sales, and service. Do I have to match the
specific fields that are in the existing tables (e.g. sales with sales,
customers with customers). How do I do this and at the same time insure that
all linkages/relationships connect to the new data that I am importing?
