How to import nicknames into Outlook
I have MS Outlook 2002 SP2. I want to import a nickname column into Outlook via a CSV file. The CSV file has a column labeled 'Nickname'. When I import into Outlook's Contact folder, there is no 'mapping' for this column. After importing, I click on a name in the contact folder and look at 'ALL the contact fields' from the 'All Fields tab', there is a field called 'Nickname' but nothing gets imported. (Because there is no mapping field)
How do I import nicknames into the Outlook contact folder so the nickname ends up in the Nickname box under the 'details' tab?
I really do not want to key every nickname in for every user.
