One alternative option that is available is to use the Send to OneNote from
Outlook PowerToy. You can download the PowerToy from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011408961033.aspx
Whilst it is primarily designed to send emails from Outlook to OneNote it
should also just work for sending Notes from Outlook to OneNote. Once it's
installed just select the notes in Outlook that you want to send to OneNote
and then click the button.
Note that it's important to follow the installation instructions carefully.
You need both the .NET Framework and the Office Outlook ".Net Programmability
Components" installed before installing this PowerToy. Instructions for this
are on the download page.
Also note, that sometimes the behavior of Notes in Outlook when called by
external add-ins like this can be a little odd (throws up weird but mostly
harmless error message). If you hit this problem with your Outlook notes, you
can always uninstall the PowerToy after migrating them over to OneNote.
I hope this helps,
David
