Importing Old Entourage 2004 data into new Entourage 2004

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

I had a hard drive crash/total wipeout but was able to salvage old Entourage 2004 data which is listed under Microsoft User Data in a folder on the desktop. I have reinstalled Office 2004 but when trying to import the old data "Import from Entourage 2004" is not an option and when I try to use the "Import" feature, choosing "an Entourage archive" option, the old user data is "greyed out". Can anyone help, really do not want to lose that data. I can tell by file size etc that it is actually there.

You need to move the saved Microsoft User Data folder to /Users/<Your
User>/Documents/ and replace the existing Microsoft User Data folder there
if one has been created. Then, when you launch Entourage, the identity you
saved should appear. If it does not, go to Entourage > Switch Identity and
re-select your identity.
