Importing OneNote audio into DSSplayer

I am trying to get a file that I recorded to play in my Olympus DSS Player.
In the One Note window, the audio says 'WMA' but when I saved it just says
'file' I tried to import but the browser didn't even show the 'file' What do
I need to do to get it to show up as a WMA file

I assume you used IN fir recording. Right?

What do you mean by "browser"? The Windows Explorer?

What do I need to do to get it to show up as a WMA file.

Does the player require the WMA format?
No other formats supported?
