Importing organizational data

I use Excel 2007 and Visio 2007. I'm experiencing a weird behavior by the
Importing organizational data wizard. There's no way I can select from which
sheet to select the data (my workbook contains multiple similar sheets with
HR data). In addition, when visualizing the data, Visio simply displays the
root of the organizational chart, skipping all other subordinate levels.
This behavior doesn't manifest once I removed all sheets except one.
Any idea on how to fix it?
